Speaking of prospects. I found a really solid website called nhlprospectreport.ca. They write articles on prospects and try to cover every team in the league. I'm sure one on Timothy Liljegren or Andreas Johnsson will be posted soon.

I hope that Durzi kid will turn into something special with this organization down the road.

The poopty thing about being an over-ager in junior is it doesn't help your development much. Is a year in the ECHL before the AHL not better for a player? Just curious..

He’s probably going to be another Tkchuk on the Flames.

Tkachuk for the flames is a very good player. I thought that this one might not be as skilled, but I’m not really sure I really don’t know but just seemed like the kinda kid that would get hyped because of his style and possibly name more so then his actual skill set. Chances are he will be a good player but Zadina, Hughes look like very good prospects with huge ceilings.

Ummm.. Honestly, not really. Theres a train viaduct south of trout creek that fun to go explore.. Smash some plates or something...

Talon chutes are a fun day trip.. You're not too far form Killarney either. Its really neat.

I liked restoule... the fire tower trail is great for a short hike. Enjoyed camping up there... didn’t do too much, just relaxed, saw the northern lights.

Tkachuk for the flames is a very good player. I've never done it. Restoule PP isn't exactly roughing it to me. Although i would probably love to hike that trail. When i was in Gr 6 we had a x-country meet with all the schools in the area in Restoule.. But that pretty much all remember. Theres a movie called "Backcountry" and i believe its filmed there.. It's about a couple who get eaten by a bear

Oh dude i know..

I went to a couple schools in callander/powassan and there were always 1 or 2 kids from Restoule. They were messed up. We would have dunkaroos and whatnot, and they'd be eating rabbit jerky or squirrel.

There is very little benefit for him to do another year. He will play on the big team. They will probably give him top 6 minutes plus PP time. He will probably put up some points, and cash in on his 2nd contract earlier.

With the situation he is in with the sens, he is throwing away money staying in college. He knows he will be on the roster, I see very little to no chance they send him to the minors.

Nylander would have been 3rd highest scorer on Jets last season, Trouba had 3 goals - and this with increased minutes due to injuries. Not a fair trade, Jets need to sweeten for this to get done.
